URLgenius links are created and routed through Pure Oxygen Labs’ high availability cloud-based platform. The URLgenius app detection process occurs in real-time and introduces nominal latency to the consumer experience (under 100 milliseconds) in addition to the time required to open the app which varies by user device (5 seconds or more).
The URLgenius™ platform is hosted at Amazon Web Services and features built-in network redundancy, load balancing, and automatic failovers which historically deliver 99.95% or higher uptime.
